Sinking Ship Where do I begin, do I begin with lack of leadership starting with the C-level, or the fact that under-producing teams still work there with no accountability? Silo'd departments, no collaboration, no culture, no sales. Last day of the quarter, I saw 1 deal close with a team of about 10 sales people. I have friends who still work there that have said nothing has changed since the new year, despite empty promises.
