Run. Don't walk. Run. Where to begin? The environment is incredibly sexist -- if you're a woman, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. There is a history of harassment and systemic misogyny. The pay is absolutely abysmal. The work environment is neither creative nor dynamic. You do not get much time off. There is a reason the turnaround here is so high. Trust me.
