RUN! No benefits, No Opportunities, No Leadership Sovereign Solutions does not have any employees. They work contractors like employees to lure in clients. I have worked at this company for over a year and they have never kept their end of the bargain. I was overworked and underpaid, even though they on numerous occasions said they were going to make me an employee and give me a raise. That never happened so I quit working at the company. The company has 0 employees despite the fake positive reviews, every one is a contractor working like an employee and sacrificing their benefits for a company that can dispose of them without prior notice. Bullying and intimidation of workers is very common here and it is condoned, even if you bring it to the attention of the CEO! Best decision is leaving the company in 2019. I would not wish this on anyone.
