Run, and I mean Run...... Cons are everywhere from the second that the honeymooning is out of the picture, a leopard always tends to show its spots and boy, does this company show their spots. They do not ever pay most of their subs on time. Heck, they rather sue the ones that decide to stand up against them rather than pay them for their work. The VPs have no clue of what is going on outside of their own little world that they live in therefore resulting in a loss of communication and harassment is so common that it is normal to have an upper level manager yell at lower level supervision over what was not done rather than giving a solution to a problem.
