RUN away from Krapp Kommunications Higher up's never take responsibility for actions, often placing the blame on lower level employees or those who are not even on the accounts. They also over delegate responsibilities so that they themselves never have to work, or deem certain responsibilities as "below their pay grade." Aside from the major issues (terrible benefits, minimal PTO, long hours, bonuses under $100, minimum pay, refusing to approve overtime to employees who are eliglble [making under 58k], overworking, etc.), the CEO and COO do not care about their employees. When the fridge was broken for two weeks, they did not reimburse employees who had to buy lunch or provide meals. When there was an explosion on the street, they did not let employees WFH. So many other issues - hot water broken, toilet broken, fruit flies. The CEO and COO are completely self absorbed and unaware that the employees are miserable. They constantly talk about fixing the culture and refuse to acknowledge that they are the problem. No wonder KK has constant turnover with no potential hires.
