Recent Downturn Has Made Them Go From Bad to Worse Hostile. Mean environment; you feel it in the air. Attempts to make helpful positive suggestions met with hostility, meanness, and rudeness. People disappear and no reason is given; leads to a feeling hanging in the air - employees are "cowed" and scared because they can't predict what management will do one day to the next. Complete nepotism here; it is family owned and run and if you are outside of the family even if things go well for a while, there is a time limit or "expiration date" on it - and the employees know it. Very poor diversity-wise.
