Poor work environment The CEO is not appropriately skilled for his job, and that trickles down to the rest of the company. There is no direction, and the priorities seem to change almost daily. The environment is simply toxic, as the slightest disagreement with a supervisor or CEO will get you written up as being 'resistant to feedback' or 'confrontational' even if the demands are unrealistic. Absolutely zero respect for employees, nor basic human empathy.
