Poor Management/CEO Ignores Behavioral Problems CEO allows managers to treat employees poorly. A certain manager tells employees on a regular basis that they are poor underwriters, they should be fired, changes the risk appetite all the time making it a struggle to produce new business, poor communication, doesn't inspire or drive employees, tries to motivate employees by fear.
