Poor Management, High Turnover, Low Pay Talented, hardworking employees are undervalued, underutilized, and unappreciated. Senior leadership, especially the lab manager, is very inexperienced. They deal with problems by immediately blaming the employees without giving it a second thought. Their method of employee motivation is pitting employees against one other and making empty promises. Stay away from this place, it will only drain your energy and waste your time. There are other labs that offer better opportunities and higher pay.
