Poor leadership New management came in and did not take into consideration of current employees who have been with the organization for 5 years plus. Complaints made of new management and nothing was done. Increases often given to favorites and not to those that deserve it. Auditors should look closely at the increases and bonuses to particular staff. Many employees have left due to this work culture. Hostile type work environment and nothing was done. Advise- take care of current employees that actually do the work.
