Poor Leadership and No sense of Community Leadership only interested in test scores. Would lock down the entire school to teach to the test in oder to make the numbers that really promote actual learning. No critical thinking, only formulaic strategies taught to pass the test. Teachers who do not possess the skills to teach. Poor classroom management from teachers who yell and scream. Adults who act more like kids than the kids themselves so no positive role models to emulate. A very stressful work environment, fraught with anxiety.
