Poor Corporate Culture The corporate culture is awful everyone I interacted with on a day to day basis is miserable and it affects moral. There were a handful of hard working, over qualified employees but the lack of appropriate compensation drove them off. Those that do work hard are burdened with picking up the slack of numerous departments so while you're cross trained in a lot skills you often find yourself wondering why it's your problem. To make matters worse a financial freeze has limited raises to small inconsequential bumps in pay and the small company ensures there is no mobility or ability to advance which also drives away any serious or competent employees who are valued elsewhere. If you are down and out or just starting your career this is a great place to get by but don't be bothered with the illusion of climbing the corporate ladder or making it a long term situation.
