Poor company, treats employees poorly Management has no idea what they are doing. For both Covid and snow days they make you come into the office ... until they are forced not to. Extremely low salaries. Company is not technically proficient. All of the upper level management is twenty years in the past with technology. Their solution to most server issues is to "turn it off and back on" which is just ridiculous.
