Poor Company Culture Clients tend to treat the staff poorly. Management likes to talk down to and belittle staff. Overtime after 40 hours in a week i.e. if you worked back to back 16 hour days, you only receive and extra $7.25 per day for what they refer to as "spread of hours." Understaffed in some areas and over staffed in others. Poor food for staff as well. Not a lot of opportunity for financial advancement.
