Please be aware There are so many where do I beginning. I was hired during COVID and then I was temporarily laid off due to COVID. I was due to come back this week. I just saw they posted my position on May 30th. No one contacted me and told me they were going in a different direction. I would have been actively looking if I was given a heads up. I would even take a pay cut because I have a family to feed and something is better than nothing. I find it very crazy that you would temporarily lay someone off and not even consult with them before re-posting the position.
