Overworked, Underpaid and Under-appreciated Upper management has created and tolerated a toxic and clique-heavy work environment. While the company claims to treat each other "like family" a better comparison would be to that of a high school cafeteria. Junior staff are constantly micromanaged and scrutinized for their actions, when the real problem lies with upper staff who are too busy gossiping to truly teach and encourage. Unless you are an upper level staff member, your role is not taken seriously and your input is often overlooked.
