Overworked and underpaid Cons There's so much faults and so little support that you get overwhelmed. On top of that your dealing with the daily flow of sessions and most tutors are directed towards you for any type of question. Aside from too much to do, there is a lot of pressure because they are understaffed. The supervisors and people above you put all the workload on you, and offer no help even though they have the time and knowledge. Most of the managers and people that are full Tim work much less than the part times and the contract workers. They get paid more and have more benefits yet call in sick all the time, give you all the work. Aside from this, in the months I worked there, I never once received a lunch break! Not even the days I worked 8 hours. It was ongoing flow of work and if I stepped out once to eat or breathe fresh air the flow stopped because it all depended on one person. Extremely unhealthy to live in that constant anxiety.
