Outsourcing firm pretending to be real professional services company. Almost all the work is the same and comes from 1 TMS vendor outsourcing implementations, but Actualize claims to have diverse projects when they recruit consultants. Principal and directors can be difficult to work with. 401k match is low and benefits are not competitive with larger firms. When workload is light, management will force you to use up your PTO hours. Not sure if that?s even legal. IT at this company is bad and outdated and you have to use your own phone for work without reimbursement.
