Outside Mag is lying favoritism (the execs are friends so the incompetence is always overlooked) - unrealistic expectations - they lied on their submission to Outdoor Mag saying they have unlimited PTO - no name clients with $3 budgets - extremely understaffed - lack of structure is an understatement - no work/life balance - inconsistency in their policies - digital practice isn?t really one - lack of professionalism (VPs throw fits when they don?t get their way) - high turn over - antiquated expense process - they?ll orchestrate ?team outings? and expect you to pay for yourself Advice to Management Stop expecting imbacels to be geniuses. Stop lying to people. Do some serious rebranding.
