One Star is not low enough This company is an absolute disgrace to businesses everywhere, especially the travel community, and this is entirely due to the owners. The employees for the most part always worked hard, and did their best to work under such poor work conditions. The husband of the co-owning couple is a micromanager to the core. He criticizes everything that goes on, while not offering any guidance for the work. The wife is a bimbo who thinks everyone wants to hear what she has to say, when in fact, no one wants to hear what she has to say. Including her husband. Worst of all, they have absolutely no self awareness of their financial privilege. Their employees live on minimal wages, while the owners regularly post photos of themselves lounging by pools in their large estates or on some trip where they're "working" and yet completely unavailable to their employees. They think life is as easy for everyone as it is for them, while their employees struggle to pay their own bills. It's truly sickening. Sickening enough that I decide to waste 10 minutes of my time, more than three years after leaving the company, to write this review.
