Once you get what you need, get out The atmosphere is TOO laid back, bordering (and often times crossing) into the unprofessional. It's not uncommon to have upper management come over and publicly yell or berate you in full view of co-workers, in front of clients or in emails with everyone in the company CC'd on it. There's a difference between speaking with full transparency and speaking with tact and candor and it seems Contango IT doesn't know the difference.
