Okay Product, Bad Management The management is the big downside here. The management is very strange, not mean, just strange. He always seems kind of oblivious to what is going on around him. Socially unaware. One of the management is a really nice guy, but handles more of the client services side than the sales side of things. One of the sales management is horrible. Tries to sale an SaaS like they are used cars. Thinks he is God's gift to sales, but couldn't sell water to a man dying of thirst. Tries to be nice to your face, but really very manipulative and two-faced.
