Ok, but not well managed. The company seems to constantly put band-aids on each problem because they are too cheap to fix them correctly. I also think the company grows much faster than what they are prepared for, which leads them to place people in positions without proper experience and know-how. The support staff passes the buck and leaves the employees without the tools they need to effectively do their job. Too often clients get the run around because no one in the company really has the answer and everyone else makes excuses for whoever screwed up; no task is ever complete
