Not worth it A small amount of interesting work compared to a majority of uninspiring projects that help keep the lights on, so to speak. There are dry spells with no work, which leads to office closures and layoffs (most recently NY). Path for advancement within the company is not clear. Even by agency standards, pay was low. They froze raises during the merger with Capgemini, and as far as I understand, have not unfrozen them. The days of being a fun, tight-knit shop that produces compelling work are long gone. It felt like an emotionless corporate entity that was trying to hang on to the last bits of culture it had. Despite things like the rebrand and all reassurances from management, I still think Capgemini is going to fully absorb Idean, as operationally it seems to be heading that way.
