Not Worth It Terrible Management: Everyone in leadership has no experience in leadership or advertising. Its the blind leading the bind.No Career Growth: Because management is terrible, there is no mentorship. The skills learned are worthless outside of this company. Many people feel trapped when looking for new jobs. - No Honesty: The careers page talks big, but falls short in execution. There is no openness and lots of hostility when feedback is given. Even when problems are pointed out, leadership sees this as being contrarian. They will never admit to a mistake. Compensation is bad: 50k start is nice but when it is stacked against hours worked, it is not acceptable.Product is weak: No innovation found here No Direction: Leadership is blind to the trends in the industry. It does not course correct and is suffering to find wins. - 100% Top down structure: There is no way to bring up unique and creative ideas. - Popularity Contest: Management says that raises and bonuses are given by merit, but it is given to how long you get along with them. Not a startup: A 10 year old startup is not a startup, its a failing business. Advertising: It is not a glorious industry. Does not retain talent - People who work here are friendly but miserable on the inside
