Not worth it! The list is long but here goes! Too much us versus them between management and union AND new versus old employees! Mgmt. could care less about you being harassed. Some equipment is from the early 60's, new equipment is destroyed by employees who don't even have a hs diploma! You are worked like an animal, and shown no appreciation for your efforts. If you are trying for a position, definitely try for first or third where the expectations are lower. If you go to second, be prepared to do the work of 2 shifts, but receive only one paycheck!
