Pay is mediocre. * They're not accommodating to personal issues you may have. * The work environment is very crowded. It's an open environment for developers and engineers. I couldn't push back my chair without bumping into a co-worker. * They're overly impressed by the fact that they do "good" work and they think that that should be enough to keep you motivated. * There is no comprehensive testing environment that mirrors production. That means that many things get debugged in production.
