Not so shinny when seen up-close Unfortunately, the FSLC has become the "problem child" of Lincoln Center. Even when they DO NOT produce the art, only showcase it; they continue to fail to keep the organization afloat. The Executive Director has NO idea how to run it and relies on a very few senior staff members that do what she says so they won?t be retaliated against. The environment is hostile and everybody is on pins and needles. Half of Senior Staff have left the organization in the last year or so. Events ?on a budget? that clearly lack taste is one of their current problems.
