Not for Professional people. Too many to list. But here are a few. There is little to no structure from the plant to the ivory tower. If you are not a "pet" of management, you will go nowhere. Most unprofessional and immature management group I have ever encountered. The new CEO is detached, unhinged and flies off the handle over little issues. The CEO makes many promises but keeps almost none of them. There are about 25 people in the entire management structure. At least 18 of them are VPs, the rest are Sr. Directors! It's ridiculous! Lots of meaningless titles.
