Not a Safe Place for Children or Staff The environment is completely unsafe for children and teachers. There are no clear routines and/or procedures. Children do not know what?s happening from one moment to the next. They are left in the cafeteria by themselves and transition up 4 flights of steps by themselves. This leaves room for incidents of fighting and injury. There is no clear discipline system. Teachers are talked to and treated extremely unprofessionally by leadership.
