Not a pleasant place The management team needs a lot of work. They abuse their employees on a regular basis with no consequences. The employees are always at fault and the management team does not give direction, instructions or positive encouragement. I do not recommend working for this non-profit. We are very proud of the amazing work AFA employees and management team does on a daily basis to care for those in need. We wish this former employees who quite frankly was not a fit for the company the best of luck. Working remotely since the pandemic, the management team communicates daily and provides staff with everything needed. Teamwork makes the dream work! Go Team AFA
