Not a good place to grow a career They do not let their employees work on practices that would help grow their careers and also help the company in the long-run. Company is stuck in the past. Supervisors are overbearing and micromanagers who are only holding the company back. Only care about getting things done fast rather than right. Lots of turnover of actual talent.
