Avoid this place Very political and "old guard"environment, the consumer team managers are always looking to praise themselves and dump all the work load on the analysts/researchers, instead of getting more involved for what is best for the greater good. You will work long hours, get underpaid, and have no recognition, the projects are done always from scratch, the market research methods outdated, and very slow and disorganised project feedback.
