Not a fan Where should I start?! There are various people looking for new employment opportunities. There have been many "doctor's appointments" and "personal days" floating around the office. People are not happy - a ping pong table is not a good sign of "great culture." HR receives many complaints on a daily basis because of the "bankers" (the term "banker" is laughable - these are glorified sales people taking advantage of senior living communities, organization, Et Al.) There's a lot of passive aggressive attitudes there and your inbox will get flooded with back handed compliments followed by a "Thanks!/Thx." What's most alarming is that management does not take an interest in your professional growth. There is not much, or very little, cross training and I can honestly say I have not learned anything new during my employment. When I have asked about the operations of the firm I was told not to worry about that because "you're just a (fill in the position) and you don't need to know that." I was appalled at the lack of professional enrichment they do not want to give their employees. Management will not admit to any mistakes, the grammar on their news publications are embarrassing. Just recently they advertised their first LinkAge Conference as "First Annual LinkAge Conference" rather than "Inaugural LinkAge Conference" which many clients did notice at the event. There is a very high turn over, but not with these so called bankers. Do not be misled in thinking everyone is there over 10, 15, 20+ years. Some do not last more than two before they start looking for new opportunities. Stay far away as possible. Do not believe the positive reviews.
