Not a Committed Sales Organization-Keep Looking! REPL has none of the experience or competencies necessary to build a sustained US presence. This is a UK HQ'D, very small private company that obtains business through UK partner referral and has no real experience or commitment to growth in the US market. Owners believe US customers will be drawn to them without effort, as they are in the UK. There is no understanding of the US buying criterial and the need to demonstrate a value proposition. On numerous occasions over the past few years, they have hire experienced sales teams however they offer no support and make commitments and promises that they have no intentions of fulfilling. The turnover has been tremendous. Leadership keeps any and all good leads for themselves, refuses to create or share a compensation plan for the sales team and pays commissions at their sole discretion - providing no rational to support these decisions. They have several women in significant leadership positions in the UK, who appear competent - but don't be fooled by this, they are completely un-empowered - the 3 owners undermine them on a regular basis. It is a disappointing experience on so many levels. This is not a company recommended for any passionate individual who is committed to their career development, reputation or growth - KEEP LOOKING!
