Not a 'great place to work' as previously voted on When employees and even independent contractors work around the clock for you, a simple 'thank you' is appreciated. Stop treating staff like disposables. Raises are also appreciated if more work keeps getting added to our plates, no one cares about yearly events at burger joints.
