no structure Management has nothing better to do than micromanage and executive management are disrespectful to every one including elder care residents.

Best executive director I have ever met in memory care. I trust my father in Matt’s care and the facility he runs. He endures all of his staff is up to par in caring for the residence under his leadership. I am so grateful for him.
