No respect,no money,no leadership No work-life balance:"We need you,come to work or you are fired",phone call from manager at 9 PM for the next day,a scheduled day off. Company culture is cannibalistic,use people then discard them,promise them things,when u ask months later,a blank stare followed by "excuse me?" Bad bosses,everyone currying favor,everyone afraid of everyone else. Bosses do the wrong things,talk on cellphone in public areas,use guest bathrooms,then fire employees for doing exact same thing. Bad salaries,no salary increases as promised on hire.
