No life experiences, only Concentric Health Experiences *_Workload is unbearable. So many reports to fill out to help management track metrics that you can expect to spend a lot of extracurricular time on this AFTER your other project & finance work is done. *_Project micro-management. Department was restructured such that level of oversight for my day-to-day work created hours of additional work after my new supervisor took a figurative gem loupe to the minutiae of my reports and routing projects. *_Game day, all day. There are some people who work hard here, but in my experience they are outnumbered by those who like to play hard. This requires the hard workers to grind around the clock so the rest of the office can play ping pong and drink beer. I?m surprised it wasn?t beer pong. *_Opportunities limited beyond Senior Mgmt?s ineffectual cronies and ?cool kids? for mid- to junior-level positions. Just make being somebody?s drinking buddy a priority, because from what I could tell...not a meritocracy. *_Weak client management. On the pieces of business I worked on the Account team never said ?No? to clients and scope changes without extra budget never happened. Couldn?t figure out how we operated at a loss all the time.
