No job here is safe!! Horrible micro managing ! Favoritism at it's finest! Company is constantly hiring. I've seen sales reps let go for no reason at all. no job here is safe! Management will call you All hours of the day even weekends and vacation when there's an issue with your route. They don't tell you now but you will be forced to work Saturdays in the summer for free taking pictures of coolers and putting up Pole huggers. A complete utter waste of time. This company treats there employees like dirt. Hard work, honesty and loyalty are definitely not rewarded here. There's a reason big Geyser is ALWAYS hiring. Don't do it! Keep looking!!! The second I find another job I'm GONE!
