Nepotism You need to have the right last name or really be prepared to suck up to make it anywhere in this company. I consistently saw family members or friends of the family members get promotions or other forms of preferential treatment. If you?re inside the circle you?re good, if you?re not you?re expendable. OP laid off several employees during the COVID pandemic just days after sending an email saying the company was strong. OP consistently over pro Moises and undelivered with product, but charged a premium.
