Needs better management, overall infrastructure, training and communications. Where do I start? Bad communications, under staffed, no training programs are available, building, road and equipment are in horrible shape, forced Overtime, they like to hire you for one job and like to put you in shipping, the place is also not very sanitary (possible safety violations), inexperienced and ill trained HR, and under staffed for no apparent reason. If I could give them a negative star I would.
