Micromanage you to death. No trust in the company Management micromanages you to death. Nobody trusts them them and we're constantly looking over our shoulder. There is so much turnover within the company. So much pressure to increase business during this pandemic with products that lack coverage and many of us can't even see our providers. They pretend to care about our wellbeing but really only care about the business. They lead by intimidation rather than encouraging us to want to work hard. Can't take PTO now until the end of November when we now need a break more that ever. Sharpen up those resumes people because the writings on the wall.
