Management Sucks, They are not qualified Management will build a case against you. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional. They have fired people who still deserve their jobs, yet they still have theirs. No knowledge or prior management experience when it comes to caring about and keeping their workers. Management gossips with one another about the workers, but will write you up for gossiping and any other silly things they may find. A team full of hypocrites that distribute bad vibes. I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone. The whole management team needs to be investigated. They talk nasty and make a lot of workers feel uncomfortable.
