Lowest of the low Management is awful. Derogatory, zero training, and unrealistic expectations. No wonder there is such high staff turnover.
I came across this in a quick info look up as we work with Tractenberg & Co. and saw the disgruntled one star review, had to weigh in as anyone can say anything for any reasons on these things. Jacquie is an absolute doll as is her team. There have been nothing but good interactions, which was inline with all the amazing feedback we heard from CAA who represents the brand mutual to all of us. Everyone is so nice and so professional, and from a quality of work standpoint, they have done nothing but over delivered in every way imaginable. With a lot on the line and the need for excellence, I have high expectations and they've simply exceeded them all; a 20 out of 10.
