Low Paying, Odd, and Top-Heavy There are a lot of strange things that happen at the company, and, from a marketing perspective, there is a huge lack of communication and expertise. Some strange things: * There is no product allowance, rather you can purchase product at a discount every quarter (I've never found another alcohol company that operates like this). * You literally clock in. HR literally checks when you clock in and out. And calls you out if you don't work a certain amount of hours (despite working at home regularly after work hours). * I've seen certain employees try to discreetly record conversations. Really odd.
