Loser company I was let go years ago and still hold a resentment the way they did it. They moved someone who had no idea what they were doing to manage a whole department. They micro managed the whole department which was unnecessary. There was a monthly meeting, if they played ACDC it meant we had a good month. They led everyone to think that would mean bonuses. Never happened. Upper management only cares about themselves. Best thing they did for me was to let me go. It pushed me to find a real company to work for. I dont see how anyone could stay there.
