Like watching a bad Hulu series If you ever walked around a mall and wondered "who the hell designed this, it's horrible!" , then you found the guilty group. Projects are pushed through and are dependent on Schlossberg's full approval (despite him having no architectural education, or any good contemporary design practices) and most of the projects are as diluted and boring as his personal artwork. The company should re-brand themselves as an ad agency as the design work is just as surface, cheap and sugar rushed. Poor management infrastructure, with positions solely dependent on project stability ans schedule, despite client changes. Company culture functions like a generic high-school popularity contest, cheap fast-food driven design process and a 'what have you done for me lately' atmosphere. It's expected that everyone eats lunch together at the same time. Every day. Together. Don't be surprised if you are asked to join in on a team rendition of "Kumbaya" as the senior managers who feel threatened by you are already plotting your exit.
