Just Don't Extremely high turnover (with good reason). This company is extremely top heavy in terms of upper management all of which really have no idea what they are doing. I have worked at a number of companies who had their struggles but never did I fear every single day that I was either going to lose my job or that one day I was going to show up to work to the office padlocked because the bills weren't paid until I got to Surface! They are currently in a period of change but frankly - if you read this you'll see they are ALWAYS in a period of change because nothing they ever do actually works or sticks. It's basically a never ending cycle of "motivational" speeches to the company about all of the change that's coming and then a whole slew of turnover and nothing good coming from the so called change. In one of these speeches the CEO suggested to the employees they needed to take courses to learn more about digital except A- couldn't give any more specifics into what exactly he meant by "digital" B- wasn't willing to pay for the courses and C- when asked for an example of what kind of course we should be taking, couldn't come up with one. In addition, the CEO literally threatened the jobs of an entire team in front of the entire company. Disciplining team members is one thing, but the way he speaks to his employees is a level of disrespect I have never seen in any place of business. He knows nothing about media or how to run a media company and it shows. Working here was basically a "What Not To Do in Business 101"! Save yourself! Don't do it!!!!
