It's just not the same anymore This used to be fun. The company used to seem like it cared about us. We used to talk to our leadership all the time and even when we were down the guys on top at the home office used to lift us up. That hasn't been the case for a while now and we're all feeling it, even if we're scared to say it out loud (like the other people that have been "made an example of"). It just hurts to see something we all care about treated this way. I am sure the response to this will be much like the rest of the responses, but the people in charge that are running this into the ground know the truth and know the mistakes they've made, even if they are too prideful to admit it and just go back to the way it used to be.
